Installation:
# Download the stm_update.tgz in your local desktop.
# Connect the STM unit to a PC or laptop.
# Configure the PC with ip address 192.168.100.100/255.255.255.0
# Try to connect to the STM GUI via https://192.168.100.1  from browser in PC.
# Launch the firmware upgrade page from tools menu in STM GUI
# Select the downloaded file from file browser.
# Click Upgrade button.
